Estimating:
Bremery Industries understands that taking on any construction project can be a stressful endeavor, and we are happy to help guide you through the process. We approach all of our projects as if they were our own, and we do not do put together cookie cutter estimates. We can assist you in the budgeting phase of a project to see if a project is feasible, and can offer creative value engineering ideas if the project is out of your price range. All of our projects start off with a site visit to get your perspective on the project. This will help us get a better understand of what the completed project will look and feel like after we complete the project. After the preliminary site visit we will go back and consider all the other elements that might impact the project. We will then consider the labor it will take to build the project, the cost of materials, and the project schedule to produce an accurate project estimate.
Project Management:
If you choose Bremery Industries as your contractor we will draft up a contract for construction services that will detail the cost and scope of work for your project. During construction we will track the costs and the status of key materials so we can give you updates throughout the project to make sure that we stay on time and on budget. Though we try to get our estimates to be as close to the final cost of the project, there are often time where we encounter unforeseen conditions that may increase the cost of a project. If this happens on your project Bremery Industries will handle this by creating a separate attachment to the contract that will detail the cost of the change, or it will be handled in the filed on a time and materials basis.
Construction:
Bremery Industries carefully plans all of its construction activities to make sure that the project is built in the proper sequence, and so that we can limit the disruption to your every day life. Emery is a licensed construction supervisor which means that we can construct projects less than 35,000 square feet of enclosed space. He is also OSHA 30 Hour trained which means that he understands the hazards of working in construction.
